This is a summer parka from last year's Yeezy unreleased collection.
As the name "cotton touch" suggests, it's made of nylon but has a smooth feel and is ultra-lightweight.
It's incredibly useful for regulating temperature indoors, such as in air-conditioned stores.

I'm selling it because I ordered the wrong size.
I'm 175cm/60kg and it fits slightly more relaxed than a superb fit.
