This is a shirt fabric jacket from COMME des GARCONS HOMME.

It's from the era when Keiichi Tanaka was the designer.

There is no size notation, but I think it feels appreciate an XL to XXL.

Regarding the condition, there is assorted wear and tear.
There is several discoloration on the collar.
There is a stain near the hem of the front.
Because the pattern is gingham check, I personally don't think it's highly noticeable when worn.

I don't see any other noticeable scratches or stains.

I purely had it dry cleaned recently before listing it.
As you can see in the last image, I removed the dry cleaning tag because it got in the way of the photos.
