I am selling a lot of 12 vintage swivel tops for fountain desk pens. My guess is that they date back to the 1960s. entire are still in the original plastic bags except for 2 of them. Looks favor they all have a tag on what the swivel was when it sold except for the 2 that are not in the bag. I am selling them as a lot.
